I hope everyone is having a great new year! I will start by saying I am planning on down-scaling my 'little' business a great deal and finding more time to enjoy my family. This school year has flown by so fast, and before I know it, Cart will be driving his own self to school.
I will be continuing Bee-Vine parties, but only booking 1 a month. Sorry to do that, that's just what I have promised myself. As of right now, I've got only February and May open before summer, so if you would like to book, please let me know soon. Thanks again to all my faithful customers and clients. Hope the new year brings everyone good faith and love.

These are a few pics from the recent Bee-Vine parties several of my
beloved customers have hosted the past month. Everyone did a great job
and had a wonderful time! The last party of the season will be this
Saturday, Dec. 4, from noon to 2, at the Kilbourne Fire Station. Kayla
Ainsworth will be hosting, and I'd love for everyone to come out and
join us. The cost is $ 35. This will be the last holiday party for the
year, so don't miss out! I will begin booking parties for 2011 in
January.

all the old ladies! (Especially since he slapped them all on the rear
with his light 'saver'!)

time's tickin' on...

As the holiday season is drawing near, I am gearing up my brushes to
start on a full season of Christmas cards and BeeVine paint parties!

First of all, I apologize in advance for having to cut off any
Christmas orders not made before Nov. 1st. This will allow me plenty
of time to complete all orders and give me some down time with the
fam' before the holidays.

All Christmas card orders must be in before Oct. 30th. They are $250
and are 4x8 ft. Due to the size, customers will need to arrange pick
up from my home. You will also need to email me your preference on
colors.
For the border, you can pick 3 accent colors, along with a design of
dots, stripes, plaid, or swirls. You will also need to send me an idea
of what you want for your center design, along with the wording for
your greeting/message.
The pics posted on this post are examples from last year's cards.
If you are interested in ordering a card, please email me or call
(318) 334-0127 for more details.

Also, I have only 2 more openings for paint parties this year. If you
would like to book a party, please contact me and I would be tickled
to hook you up for a blast of a time!

Football has always played a dormant role in my family. My dad played at both college and semi-pro levels and even coached for years. He has become bitter over the years with the commercial part of the game, saying "they have taken the game out of it." It's funny though to
passively watch the drive in his eyes while watching well-matched teams sparring on the green. He will always be a boy of fall...

Sorry I've neglected the blog lately. I've been mega-busy getting back in the routine of school (which includes prepping Cart everyday for big school, also), taking care of the fam, and of course whipping out orders like crazy. This is Cart's new puppy, Ruby. He named her all by himself and even bought her a new collar and rope toy. He's so proud of her, and he really likes to make her think he's an Indian. (He says that way she will feel safe.)
